If you don't want to get ripped off by a byb, look for someone selling puppies the cheapest. They are more than likely wanting decent homes for the pups and are not out to make a profit. They realize the pups are mutts, and therefore not worth hundreds of dollars. Personally, I think if you want a mutt, go to a shelter.
