If they just got shots or something to defray costs, maybe. To breed mixed breed dogs on purpose is just ridiculous when there are so many shelter dogs in need of homes. Reputable breeders do not sell mutts.

The breeding should have been planned.Pups should be vet checked,vaccinated and dewormed and raised in the home.

I am looking for a pug, but cannot find an extensive list of breeders in Maryland.
